Food Products Disclaimer
Otlobha acts solely as an intermediary platform connecting customers with independent vendors and restaurants. We do not prepare, cook, package, or handle any food products.
- Quality & Safety: Each vendor is independently responsible for food quality, hygiene, preparation standards, and compliance with local health and safety regulations. Otlobha does not inspect, certify, or guarantee the quality or safety of any food item.
- Allergens & Dietary Information: Product descriptions and ingredient information are provided by vendors. Otlobha does not verify the accuracy of allergen, nutritional, or dietary information. Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions should contact the vendor directly before ordering.
- Freshness & Delivery: While we strive to deliver orders promptly, Otlobha is not liable for any deterioration in food quality that may occur during transit. Perishable items are delivered at the customer's own risk.
- Product Availability: Menu items, prices, and availability are determined by vendors and may change without notice. Images shown are for illustration purposes and may differ from the actual product received.
Payments & Credit Card Disclaimer
Otlobha supports cash on delivery and electronic payment methods. By providing your payment information, you agree to the following:
- Secure Processing: All credit and debit card transactions are processed through PCI DSS-compliant third-party payment processors. Otlobha does not store, access, or retain your full card number, CVV, or PIN at any time.
- Authorization: By submitting a payment, you confirm that you are the authorized cardholder or have explicit permission to use the payment method provided.
- Charges: Your card will be charged the total order amount including product prices, delivery fees, and any applicable taxes or service charges, all of which are displayed before you confirm your order.
- Refunds: Refund eligibility and processing times depend on the nature of the issue and the original payment method. Refunds to credit or debit cards may take 5–14 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
- Currency: All transactions are processed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP). If your card is issued in a different currency, your bank may apply foreign exchange fees.
- Failed Transactions: Otlobha is not responsible for payment failures caused by insufficient funds, expired cards, bank restrictions, or network issues. If a payment fails, no order will be placed.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Otlobha shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to foodborne illness, allergic reactions, late deliveries, or payment disputes. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from the use of the Otlobha application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Egypt.
